Set within the Port O' Call community, this 1-bedroom oceanfront condo is designed for easy beach days, relaxed coastal mornings, and front-row views from both the living area and bedroom.
Inside, the space feels light, coastal, and easy to settle into. The open living area features comfortable seating, a TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility, making it a great fit for couples or small groups. The full kitchen includes everything needed for simple meals, beach-day snacks, and relaxed dinners in, while the dining nook offers a quiet spot to start the morning before heading out to the sand.
The bedroom features a king bed and direct access to the balcony, so ocean views are never far from view. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and in-home laundry add everyday convenience, helping keep longer beach stays simple and stress-free.
Step outside to the private balcony, where a dining table and seating create the perfect place for coffee at sunrise, casual meals with the sound of the waves, or evening drinks as the sky changes over the water. With the beach just steps away, days can move easily from shoreline walks to swims, sunbathing, and laid-back afternoons by the water.
Guests also enjoy access to the Port O' Call community pool, adding another easy way to cool off between beach outings.

Home Truths:
You must be 25 years or older to book this home. Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. The Port O Call pool is open year-round but not heated. There is a community grill available. Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. Guests have access to the Port O Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
Parking Details:
There are two parking spots available. To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
