•The pool can be heated for $125/day (3 night min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F.
•Guests must supply their own beach towels.
•Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property.
•This home allows two pets with prior approval for a pet fee. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
