Sand Dune was recently renovated in 2025 with major upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms, offering a fresh and modern experience throughout. After a day spent frolicking in the waves, strolling down the boardwalk, and gallivanting around this lively beach town, retire to your oasis where you can enjoy sunset views and alfresco delights from the rooftop patio. Inside you'll find a living area bathed in sunlight courtesy of the Victorian windows that offer incredible views, coupled with modern, tasteful furnishings that make entertaining an absolute pleasure. The many balconies present guests the opportunity to find their own peaceful space, while the breakfast bar in the kitchen allows for the whole gang to witness the culinary delicacies being prepared in the state-of-the-art kitchen.

•This home does not allow pets. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a minimum fine of $500 per pet.

During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
•While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
•This home is on the main strip of Isle of Palms; bars and small concert venues can get noisy at night, especially during summer months.
