Each of the three bedrooms is a private retreat with its own ensuite bath and television. The primary suite stretches out with a king-size bed and those signature pool-and-marina views. A queen bed anchors the second bedroom, while the third sleeps a small crew with a queen plus a twin-over-twin bunk --- purpose-built for cousins, kids, or whoever drew the short straw.
The covered outdoor living room is where afternoons unwind. Sink into the oversized chairs or stretch out on the sofa with a cold drink, watching the marina go about its business while the pool keeps the kids occupied. Two grilling stations sit poolside for cookouts that taste better with a view.

•Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
•The Yacht Harbor pool is open May-September. The pool is not heated.
•Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•Fireplaces are not for guest use.
•Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
•Guests have access to the Yacht Harbor pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
•Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach---or the entire beach---may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
•While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
